Excellent apartment in the center of La Fortuna, you will have access to the town by walking only 3 blocks but it is located away from the main road next to a small stream so you can rest from your daily adventures. If you need to work we have a desk and chair in the living room area, our 100/100 mega fiber optic connection is perfect, also on both balconies you will find the option to sit down and work while enjoying the hummingbirds jumping from one flower to another.

The apartment was made from a shipping container, in October 2022 we made it bigger so that our guests are more comfortable, we added an extra large bed (King size), a private jacuzzi, another balcony with high chairs overlooking the garden, a 58-inch smart TV with IPTV. In addition, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, full bathroom with hot water, gated property with electric gate, safe and private parking.

We have a laundry area available for our guests, there is a washing machine, soap and each apartment has a portable clothesline. The laundry room is located in the middle of the two apartments on the property and our guests can use it from 8 AM to 8 PM.

You will have a great location to explore the La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, the apartment is 3 blocks from the central park where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, souvenir shops, banks and more. All the main attractions are within a 10 to 30 minute drive if you want to explore on your own in your car and/or Taxi or Uber.

We can help you organize the best tours in the area with great rates, once you book our property we will send you our welcome kit with the best information about the La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area.

On the property we have two apartments each one is very private and has its own areas and parking. The apartment is totally private for our guests, the laundry area is shared with the other apartment but is located in the middle of the two apartments. The property is gated with an electric gate, an alarm in each apartment, and one parking space per apartment.

We have an office in the center of La Fortuna, you can look for us as Home Vacations La Fortuna, where our guests can visit us to provide information about the La Fortuna area and the Arenal Volcano, we have excellent options for excursions and activities with very good rates. The office is located by the central park, very central and with very good parking. It will be a pleasure to assist you :-) Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send you detailed information about the area: excursions, general information, restaurants, transportation and much more. We will be available in our office every day from 8 AM to 8 PM, also our cell phone is available for any questions.
