***Maximum people staying in the house is 16, however the base rate per night is for 10 people, each additional person will have an extra cost of US$25 per person per night so please add the total of people staying to get the correct amount to pay. In case you are looking for a bigger space or 2 homes close by, we have Villa Maria which is next door with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms up to 16 people, it has a private pool too. 

MEAL SERVICES Option 1: Guiselle Homemade Cook, Guiselle's little restaurant is just 30 seconds walk from the house in the same property; she has a little restaurant where she serves different local dishes, you can order different dishes or just one for everyone. Once you confirm your reservation you will get the information about this service. 

Option 2: Nativo Chef, Sergio and his staff will prepare the best dishes in your house, from local food to the fanciest dinner you want, attached you can find their menu and contact information just tell them that you are staying in Home Vacations Properties or Eder and Allen properties. Once you confirm your reservation you will get the information about this service. 

The property is totally private for you. We have an office in downtown La Fortuna, you can look us as Home Vacations La Fortuna where our guests for can come and we will provide a quick welcome information about the area, also we have excellent rates for all the tours in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, we are open everyday from 8 AM to 7 PM. The office is located by the central park, central location and good parking area. We will be please to meet you :) Once you book our property we will send you a detailed information with everything you need to enjoy your vacations in La Fortuna: tours, rental car options, transportation and much more. We will be available every day 8 AM to 6 PM for our guests in our office and we have a cellphone number that works 24/7 in case of any issues or any information you need. 

Quiet and very safe property; all property is gated with electric gate. Just 1 mile away from downtown La Fortuna, easy 15 minutes walk to town or a short drive to town. There is a very good taxi and Uber service in the area. We have our meal service in Casa de La Tortilla with Guiselle, once you book you can ask for our menu. In the property we have another Villa, each is very private and you do not share with anyone.
