Gated property which make it very private and secure. 

The property is close to La Fortuna downtown, very private and quiet. Relax by the pool with a glass of wine or just a beer listening your favorite music, reading a book or just having a nice time with your love ones. If you want to walk around just 15 minutes walk you will get to La Fortuna river where you can plan a picnic, swim in the river and even try some fishing, you will see plenty of fishes in the water.

Every day you will wake up with the sound of birds around the house, it is the paradise just 10 minutes drive from La Fortuna. The Villa is totally private for you, you do not share with anyone. 

The property is totally close and gated so you will a lot of privacy, special for couples traveling together or families with little kids, there are plenty of green areas where they can play, do some yoga or just relax at the side of the pool. 

We have an office in downtown La Fortuna, you can look us as Home Vacations La Fortuna where our guests for can come and we will provide a quick welcome information about the area, also we have excellent rates for all the tours in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, we are open everyday from 8 AM to 7 PM. The office is located by the central park, central location and good parking area. Very secure and quiet neighborhood. You must have a car for this property, is going to be easier to go around. In case you do not have a car we can arrange taxis to pick you up and drop you off from/to the property for $9 each way. The house is located just 10 minutes drive from downtown La Fortuna, so car is a must for this property.
